1. General Information About the Operator

The website ioanamaxim.eu is administered by MAXIM IOANA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller”), with its registered office at 136 Bucureștii Noi Blvd., Ground Floor, Apt. 5, Sector 1, Bucharest, registered with the Trade Register under no. 2. Definitions

  • "Services" – the professional activities presented through the Website, including career counseling services, HR and People & Culture consulting, public speaking services, workshops, creative workshops, and other services provided by the Controller;
  • "Products" – resources, materials, programs, digital or physical products, and other products available free of charge or for a fee through the Controller’s ecosystem;
  • "Beacons" – a third-party digital platform used by the Controller to manage and/or provide certain products, resources, registrations, payments, communications, or other features associated with the digital ecosystem.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.

Submitting a message through the contact form does not, in itself, constitute the conclusion of a contract for the provision of a service and does not result in automatic subscription to marketing communications or the newsletter.

When purchasing services, programs, or products, the specific terms communicated for the respective purchase or collaboration may also apply.

If you do not agree with the provisions of this document, please do not use the Website.

4. Services and Activities Presented on the Site

The Website provides information about the Controller’s professional and artistic activities, the services, programs, products, and resources available, as well as the ways in which you can contact the Controller.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • individual career counseling and Career Reframing services;
  • individual or group programs dedicated to professional development, transition, and exploration;
  • HR consulting, Fractional HR, and People & Culture services for organizations;
  • participation as a speaker, trainer, facilitator, or guest at events;

  • activities and projects in the artistic field, including acting and theatre;
  • paintings and commissioned artworks, where available;
  • digital products, educational materials, and free or paid resources;
  • other services, programs, projects, or resources presented through the digital ecosystem.

The availability, content, duration, price, and specific terms applicable to each service, program, or product may be presented on the Website, on the platform through which it is provided, or communicated individually through an offer, contract, or other means agreed upon with the Client.

5. Terms of Use

Prin utilizarea Site-ului, te obligi:

  • not to use the Website for illegal or abusive purposes or to transmit harmful content;
  • provide accurate and truthful information when completing the available forms;
  • not attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Site;
  • not to copy, redistribute, reproduce, or use published materials without the rights holder’s consent, except where permitted by law.

6. Products, Services, and Purchases through Beacons

Certain products, programs, resources, or functionalities of the Operator may be provided, managed, or purchased through the external platform Beacons.

Beacons can be accessed directly from the ecosystem ioanamaxim.eu or may be technically connected to it; however, it is a third-party platform with its own infrastructure and terms of use.

Depending on the product or service selected, Beacons may be used to manage, among other things:

  • the presentation of and access to certain products or resources;
  • registration for programs or activities;
  • payment processing;
  • the delivery of certain digital products or materials;
  • the collection of data required for a purchase;
  • certain automations and communications related to the requested product or service.

For the technical features provided through Beacons, the terms, conditions, and policies of the Beacons platform and of the payment service providers used by it may also apply.

The fact that a purchase is technically processed through Beacons does not change the identity of the Controller providing the service or product, where that service or product is provided by MAXIM IOANA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ.

7. Prices, Payments and Invoicing

  • The prices of services, programs, or products may be displayed on the Website, on Beacons, or communicated individually;
  • Payments for products and services sold through Beacons are made using the payment infrastructure available within the platform;
  • For individually contracted services, payment shall be made in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the offer, contract, or other documents applicable to the engagement;
  • Payment methods and payment terms may vary depending on the service, program, or product selected;
  • Invoices are issued electronically and sent by email and through the e-Factura system, in accordance with applicable legislation.

The Operator shall not be liable for temporary unavailability, errors, or technical incidents occurring exclusively within the infrastructure of Beacons or the payment processors used by this platform and over which the Operator has no direct control.

8. Provision of Services and Products

The method of provision or delivery depends on the nature of the service or product purchased.

Counseling, consulting, training, speaking, or workshop services may require the individual scheduling of a date, time slot, location, or method of delivery.

Digital products and resources may be delivered through Beacons, by email, via an access link, or through other digital means specified at the time of purchase.

For physical products, including commissioned artwork, the production, delivery, timeframe, and cost may be determined individually and communicated to the Client before the order is confirmed.

9. Cancellations, Rescheduling, Withdrawals and Refunds

The conditions regarding cancellation, rescheduling, withdrawal from a program, or refund of a payment may vary depending on the nature of the service or product purchased.

Where specific conditions apply to a particular service, program, or product, they will be communicated to the Client before purchase or contracting and will prevail for that particular transaction.

Where applicable law grants the Client mandatory rights of withdrawal or refund, this document does not limit those rights.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

Original content published within the Controller’s ecosystem, including texts, educational materials, programs, concepts, graphic elements, the logo, original photographs, artistic materials, and service descriptions, belongs to MAXIM IOANA PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ or is used on the basis of rights or permissions granted by the respective rights holders.

The reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or use of protected materials without the rights holder’s consent is prohibited, except where permitted by law.

Purchasing or accessing a digital product, educational material, or program does not entail the transfer of any intellectual property rights therein, unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. Limitation of Liability

The information and materials published on the Site are provided for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee of achieving any professional, personal, financial, or other results.

The counseling, consulting, facilitation, and professional development services provide support, perspectives, tools, and working frameworks tailored to the service contracted; however, results may vary depending on each Client’s circumstances, decisions, level of involvement, and context.

The Operator cannot guarantee any specific outcome resulting from the use of the information published or from participation in the services and programs offered.

The Controller cannot be held liable for interruptions, errors, or changes to services provided exclusively by third parties, including Beacons, hosting providers, scheduling services, payment processors, or other external platforms, insofar as such circumstances are beyond the Controller’s direct control.

12. Privacy and Cookie Policy

The data provided through the contact form is used to manage and respond to the submitted request.

Submitting the contact form does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter and does not constitute consent to receive marketing communications.

When you separately choose to subscribe to the newsletter, download a resource, purchase a product, or use other features offered through Beacons or other external platforms, your data may also be processed through those providers, in accordance with the purpose and terms applicable to the respective feature.

13. External Services and Platforms

The digital ecosystem may use external services for functionalities such as:

  • purchases and payments;

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, they shall be settled by the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
