For companies
An organization changes as its people change.
That’s why I believe in an HR approach that understands people, the organization, and the reality in which they work together.
People & Culture isn’t separate from the business. It’s part of it.
Here's how I can help your company
HR built around the business and its people
I work with organizations that want to build a healthier, clearer work environment that is better connected to the reality of their people.
As a Fractional HR professional, I help start-ups and small businesses build People & Culture strategies with a human approach and a close eye on how the labor market is changing.
At the same time, my experience in HR, training, and theatre allows me to work with organizations through learning, exploration, and connection experiences for teams.
My experience, in numbers
How we can work
- Fractional HR
- Speaker & Creative Workshops
What is it?
I work as a Fractional HR professional for start-ups and small businesses, helping organizations build People & Culture strategies with a human approach and aligned with emerging labor market trends.
My experience also comes from working as an HR Business Partner at international companies such as Bolt, Omnipresent, Domestic & General, and Pleo. I currently also work as a Fractional HR professional for HaHaHa Production.
It’s for your organization if:
👉 You need strategic HR expertise, but not necessarily a full-time role;
👉 You want an approach that is connected to the people in your organization and to changes in the labor market.
How does it work?
The collaboration is built around your organisation’s needs and always starts with an organisational diagnosis. This involves a series of interviews and conversations with people across the organisation, from senior leadership to junior employees, as well as a review of current HR documents and practices.
Do you want to build a high-performing organisation where people are motivated and proud to say, “I work here”?
What is it?
Alongside my work in HR, I also work with organizations and teams as a speaker and trainer, bringing my theatre experience into these contexts as well.
As a speaker, I cover topics such as People & Culture, portfolio careers, and creativity in business, in formats such as keynotes, fireside chats, panels, and podcasts.
In creative workshops, I sometimes use acting to create experiences for teams that want to connect on a deeper level through play and exploration.
This is for you if:
👉 You’re looking for a speaker on People & Culture, portfolio careers, or creativity in business.
👉 You want to create an opportunity for your team to connect through play and exploration.
👉 You’re interested in an approach that can bring together HR experience and tools from acting.
How does it work?

🎭 Creative workshops

Want to work together?
Work is changing, people are changing with it
The labor market looks very different from how it did 10 or 20 years ago. Roles are changing, so are the skills organizations need and the way people think about their own careers.
Business is changing
Organizations need to stay agile, respond more quickly to change, and build teams that are fit for an ever-evolving labor market.
People change
More and more professionals are rethinking their relationship with work, looking for greater flexibility, and exploring different ways to build their careers.
HR brings them together
For me, HR means understanding what the business needs, as well as the people who make it possible, and building bridges between the two.
I don’t just bring HR experience.
I also bring the perspective of someone who has worked in very different contexts and who knows, from personal experience, that people are more than the roles they hold.
HR is one of my professional paths. Theatre is another. Career counselling is another. And I don’t try to keep them artificially separate when one of them can bring something useful to the way I work with people and teams.
In some workshops, I also use tools from acting to create opportunities for play, exploration, and deeper connection between people.
Because sometimes a team needs to step outside the roles they operate in every day.
What all of this brings to my work with organizations
-
I see more than just the process
My HR experience helps me understand the business, its structure, and organizational dynamics, while career counselling and theatre bring different perspectives on the people behind the roles.
-
I can work both strategically and experientially
Some needs require structure, processes, and decisions. Others require conversation, exploration, or environments where people can step out of autopilot and connect in different ways.
-
I connect perspectives that usually remain separate
People & Culture, professional development, and creativity are not entirely separate worlds. I can bring them together when the context and the people I’m working with call for it.
-
I adapt my approach to the company's reality
Not every team needs the same thing, and not every stage in an organization’s journey calls for the same approach. Sometimes, what’s needed is structure and an HR perspective; other times, it’s an environment that helps people step out of their daily routine and connect in a different way.
