I speak about People & Culture, portfolio careers, and creativity in business through keynotes, panels, fireside chats, and podcasts.
Theatre
I’m an actress and theatre director, and I sometimes bring tools from acting into my work with organizations through creative workshops for teams.
This experience shapes the way I work with both professionals and organisations: I don’t start from the assumption that there is one right path, but from the question “What makes sense here, for the person or organisation in front of me?”
My experience, in numbers
Beyond HR and career, there is the stage.
Acting and artistic projects are just as much a part of my professional life as HR or career counselling.
I act, create and explore stories that take me out of the analytical space and reconnect me with another part of myself — one that needs expression, vulnerability and creativity.
For me, these worlds don’t exclude one another. They complement each other. And they are perhaps the best proof that a career doesn’t have to fit into a single box.
